We just completed on a sale with 1-4-Sale yesterday. Our company Married2Property works with local organisations to provide housing for vulnerable groups of people. A mission we are very proud of. The 1-4-Sale agents (particularly Paris and Kirsty) have been fantastic throughout the sales process, negotiating a geographically distant seller, dealing with unpredictable issues promptly, and have rendered any and all the assistance needed where this was required. Having used 1-2 Let for nearly 20 years to manage my rental property when I moved to England, which was my first home. I decided the time was right to sell and having no current experience of the Scottish market at that time I leaned on them for assurance. They were always quick to answer my queries and even provided some names of solicitors who could help with the process. Excellent work by all involved.

We used 1-4-Sale to sell our flat and they were really helpful and responsive from start to finish. They did the viewings for us on our behalf which we really appreciated as we are a busy young family, and also Condensed all the viewings into two 2hr time slots. When our buyer was taking some time to respond to our solicitor, 1-4-Sale chased them up on our behalf as well. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future.

This has been of great help as being located in England we had little knowledge and experience of the Scottish procedure and unable to visit the property ourselves .
The explanation given have been clear and prompt and Paris especially has overseen the smooth sale of the property at above expected price.
