We used 1-4-Sale to sell our flat and they were really helpful and responsive from start to finish. They did the viewings for us on our behalf which we really appreciated as we are a busy young family, and also Condensed all the viewings into two 2hr time slots. When our buyer was taking some time to respond to our solicitor, 1-4-Sale chased them up on our behalf as well. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future.
