Simon Clarke's agent Adam has been absolutely wonderful. He understood after the first property we saw our needs and called us to suggest the perfect flat as soon as it came available, which we loved and signed for immediately. He was very attentive and extremely clear in explaining all the procedures, fees, and each steps prior to our moving in. He always replied promptly to any enquire we had and followed up after we moved in. Simon Clarke has also a cute welcome basket with the essentials to move in a new property. Overall very satisfied with the services provided.

All the paper work was sent over quickly and he made it very clear on what we had to fill out etc. Adam was very prompt in replying to any questions we had and was very easy to contact throughout, which I found very helpful.

This is the first time I left home and I was worried I would be confused and not know how to do anything but the team at Simon Clarke were so helpful in every step of the way. They even gave us a welcome pack on the day we signed out contracts with lots of little bits in it, which I thought was a lovely touch.
All in all I don't have anything negative to say about the company and would definitely recommend them to anybody who is considering moving.
