The fees were quite competitive but what was more impressive that i just did not want them to fill it with any tenant they get their commission and I am left to pick up the pieces. I gave Buxtons aset criteria and they did not only offer a competitive fees but the tenants are of a good quality which is more important to me as a landlord then just a commission.

Buxtons fees are very reasonable, I was paying the same rates with another agency who didn\'t seem to do anything at all for their fees. The team at buxtons are worth every penny in my opinion.
