First let me say that this review is from my limited experience with HarveyRobinson as a lettings company from a tenants perspective. For all I know they may be quite good for sales/buying. They could have a much more reasonable understanding of wear and tear, not be so biased to the side of the landlord and vastly improve their mid-tenancy inspections (these were woeful).
