Harvey Robinson did a fantastic job in making my first experience of the property market an easy and stress free one.
They provide fortnightly updating which was greatly appreciated throughout the process as it brought I real sense of individual importance to my purchase, as well as providing a good overview of how everything was progressing. They were also able to provide a rough and pretty accurate time scale of completion which aided in the planning of my funds.
I also used two other services that they introduced me to; their in house mortgage adviser & a local solicitors who they worked closely with. Both of these were brilliant, Sam Shortt (the mortgage adviser) worked tirelessly on finding a suitable mortgage for me. As I was a first time buyer with no history of borrowing my credit score was proving a bit of an issue. He managed to get a mortgage for the amount I needed at a rate I was very happy with.
The local solicitors firm was also a good choice, as Harvey Robinson worked with them regularly they were able to update me on the legal side as well.
All in all I had a wonderful experience. Both members of staff who I directly dealt with Tony Donovan-Whitehouse and Russell (apologies I never caught the surname) were extremely polite and helpful. I couldn't recommend Harvey Robinson enough for their customer service.
