I decided to use Simon Clarke to let my flat and I am so delighted with their service from start to finish, I fully intend to use them again in the future. They were polite and professional, perfectly accommodating and worked fantastically as a team to market the property, despite having a few others in the same building on the market at the same time and price. The property was snapped up a week after it was put online, thanks to their relentless efforts to book numerous viewings daily. They went above and beyond what the usual estate agent would do and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect letting agent!

All in all I was very happy with the service provided by Simon Clarke lettings agents. They were very attentive to my requirements and were very easy to contact by telephone or email. All queries were resolved within a suitable time frame in a friendly amicable manner.
The tenant finding was a hassle free process with a quick turnaround. I would be happy to renew my contract with them for the foreseeable future as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Chris was our main contact, he was very efficient and helped with any questions I had and responded fast.

Simon Clarke are truly impeccable in their attention to detail and they thoroughly understand the letting market like no other. The fact that the property was not in their catchment area did not deter them, as within one day of the property going up on RightMove, there were already three enquiries and it has since been apparent that all three enquiries were worthy candidates of being my new tenants.

Simon Clarke are truly impeccable in their attention to detail and they thoroughly understand the letting market like no other. Such a family orientated business that Simon Clarke is, that one partner of the firm, Neil Shah, personally come by to the flat to take professional pictures, which I can only describe as beautiful. The pictures more than does justice to the already immaculate flat and as mentioned above, within days, a prospective tenant was found, secured, deposits and first months rent paid and the new tenants could not have been a lovelier couple.
Overall, this has been a great experience, and I have no objections to recommending Simon Clarke to friends, family and anyone who asks. An absolute pleasure and thank you so very much.

Having used other letting agents for many years, we decided to switch
to Simon Clarke after a meeting with Neil. His level of experience and
professionalism is exceptional, as is Tony's in the recently opened in
Finchley Branch - and the experience with dealing with them
has been stress-free and a breathe of fresh air.
They understood our requirements as a Landlord and Tony quickly found
a suitable tenant, whom we interviewed. Tony's courtesy, patience,
advice and communication - we were always kept up to date, often
outside office hours - has been fantastic and all aspects of all
attention to details were faultless.
The tenant also agreed that all his communication and help from Tony and his professionalism and courtesy shown has been outstanding.
We now move into the on-going management stage and feel very confident that any issues that may rise will be dealt with in the same swift, professional manner by Tony and Neil and their colleagues.
In addition SC's fees are very competitive and great value for money given the high level of input and staff attention. We highly recommend Simon Clarke particularly if you are a Landlord and have headaches with your current agents. There are many 'cowboy' letting agents out there... give yourself some peace of mind and go see the guys at Simon Clarke in Finchley or Whetstone. You will be amazed at the difference!

Very very reasonable. Miles cheaper than Foxtons plus only have to pay fees for 2 years.

Neil has acted as letting agent for my son for about 6 years and my son recommended him when I wanted to invest in a residential flat on a buy to let basis. Neil knows the area like the back of his hand and throughout the process was extremely helpful and informative. He found an excellent tenant as soon as the refurbishment was completed in February 2015. I am now looking for further buy to let properties in the N20 area and Neil has been a source of wisdom when I have discussed potential properties with him.
