The agent fees I feel are very reasonable! No hidden costs and everything is explained regarding costs and deposits before moving in.

Great service by both ladies!
Friendly, can't do enough for you attitude! Sasha first found me the propriety when I was looking to originally move, as I was moving from Plymouth it was difficult for me to visit the area on a regular basis so majority of the move was done over email which made my life so much eaiser!
I had a problem with a toilet in one of the bathrooms, the problem was dealt with quickly without any hassle!
The move was stress free and has been every since! Thankyou!

We would all like to get something for nothing, but as the saying goes, "if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys" and we prefer to pay for a service we can trust.

Living out of the UK for part of the year, we can rest assured our properties are in good hands. I would not hesitate in recommending them as letting agents.
We have also purchased property through the estate agent side and the same positive experience was had.

Especially Fiona Bradbury and Tracey Hankin. who are always polite, courteous and professional, in all the dealings I have had with them over a number of years . Wether it was a broken lock ,gas safety certificate ,or noise from the flat above ,all dealt with promptly and a smile

NORTHWOOD estate agents in warminster are the loveliest team I've come across. extremely helpful made me feel at ease through the whole process. I would like to thank fiona bradbury for all of her help over the last few weeks any questions i had were answered thoroughly and promptly. All the team make you feel welcome they are a happy and bubbly bunch moving can be one of the most stressful times in life but these guys have been great. Thanks again :-)
