Sophie Williams was very helpful, efficient and ultimately practical working with myself, the tenant and the Insurance Company over the difficult Festive Period to make sure everything was done in s timely fashion Additionally, she was proactive in reviewing client properties and identifying the need for an EPC renewal and arranging its completion on New Year Eve!

He really went the extra mile to show us places that would be suitable for us, making sure we were always up to date with the latest properties to come on the market so that we wouldn't miss out. Without his help I don't think we would have found such a perfect place in such a good area so quickly.

He really went the extra mile to show us places that would be suitable for us, making sure we were always up to date with the latest properties to come on the market so that we wouldn't miss out. Without his help I don't think we would have found such a perfect place in such a good area so quickly.
Sophie was so lovely in helping sort out all the details to get us in the house once we'd been accepted. She really pushed all the paperwork through so that we could be in the house before Christmas. I don't know how she managed to get everything sorted so well but she was really wonderful! And she was so friendly through the whole process it really took the stress out of all the nitty gritty that is usually so hard!
Thank you Dafydd Hardy!!!

Ioan was a great help when looking for a home to rent and he made a complex process as simple and fuss-free as possible. Ioan was extremely professional but also very personable and always available to answer any queries over the phone or email and communication was always timely. We had specific needs as tenants and Ioan was always ready to facilitate, and we had the impression that he would go the extra mile. We are extremely happy with the house and we are certain that without Ioan the process would not have been as easy and that the house we have would not be as well suited. All of the staff at the Caernarfon office were very friendly and we would be glad to search for a place to rent with them again.

The members of staff that I dealt with, Ioan & Sophie's were friendly, attentive and down to earth.
