18 months ago I brought my first property through Prospect Estate Agents, which is how I was introduced to the company/team.
There was no doubt that when I later decided to sell my first home, I would be using Prospect.
Ross Hobbs came round to value the house and gave us an honest valuation, advising on the best and worst case price we would likely achieve. He was round for two hours, and by the end we were calling each other friends!
A mere few days later professional photos had been taken, the brochure was approved and our house was online for the public to see. May I add that this was just before Christmas, so the quick turn around was very impressive.
Daniel Brett was assigned to us as our Client Manager, and what an excellent service he gave. I heard from him daily, asking if viewings could take place on certain dates/times. Following the viewings he would give me feedback from the applicants and kept in constant contact. Daniel was always at the end of the phone to speak to, and responded very quickly to emails - often out of work hours too!
In a matter of weeks we received an offer at asking price (the higher valuation I should add), which we accepted.
Daniel remained in touch on a weekly basis to update me on the progress of our sale. He also arranged for the buyers to come back to house so my partner and I could meet them.
In just under two months of accepting the offer we exchanged, and we are very much looking forward to completing on Monday.
I cannot thank Ross and Daniel enough. Buying/selling is a very stressful time and these guys just made it so much easier for us. Thank you for everything!

You not only 'PROMISED' me you would be able to sell my house quickly as you couldn't understand why it hadn't sold in nearly 6 months with WATERFORD'S, you said you would 'SHOW' me that it indeed was possible and that I wouldn't be disappointed...
you were absolutely right and it sold within '2' DAYS' of going live online and had made 4 appointments for the very next day of which both couples really liked my house and one couple offered the full asking price and the deal was struck the day after!!
The team Daniel and Lee were great and supportive and kept me up to date along the way ensuring the smooth transition over to the Transaction Support person Ruth Kirkland.
I am now moving only 8 short weeks later and it has been an immense pleasure doing business with the 'PROFESSIONALS'.

I challenged Ross to reduce the fees and he came back with an proposal to maintain the fee % if they sold the house for the full asking price which I had increased by £10k on the valuation. If the house did not achieve asking price then the fees would be reduced. I liked that idea, a winner for me either way and gave me a real sense that Prospect were motivated to get the best price for my house, Am I happy with the fees ? well I sold the house for £10k more than I expected within 24 hours of being advertised so even though it seems a lot of money to pay the outcome was clearly worth the extra fees.

I sold my house through Prospect and bought a house also through Prospect.
Pre sale was good, Ross Hobbs visited me and explained very clearly the process, terms, costs etc. Really thorough and easy to deal with. A very good experience.
The sale itself was unbelievable, photos were taken on the Wednesday, I approved the details on the Thursday, house went on the website on the Friday, had several viewing on the Saturday morning and by 11:00am I had and offer for the full asking price. That really speaks for itself, it could not have been any easier.
Regarding the valuation, Ross made an estimate which was based on a very recent sale of the house next door. We agreed to push the price higher by an extra �10k so to get an offer for the asking price within 24 hour was incredible and a reflection on the excellent pre sales marketing the team did.
After the sale was agreed, then the whole purchase process was an absolute nightmare. This was mainly the result of my solicitors being very slow to respond to enquiries, difficult to get hold of and seemingly lacking oversight of the chain. Plus then some unexpected issues that came up at different point along the chain. Ruth Kirkland was coordinating the moves for Prospect and was faced with many challenges to resolve. I think Ruth may have had some negative feedback from my seller but I have to say that Ruth was a tremendous help for me to understand what I needed to do, advice and ideas on how to deal with my difficult solicitor and just kept me up to date with what was going on up and down the chain. Without her input I truly believe the chain would have collapsed, it came close a few times but I believe she managed to hold it together.
So in summary, terrific job by Ross and his team in terms of agreeing the sale and purchase of the new property. Then under, very difficult circumstances, Ruth held things together and dragged the chain through to exchange and I am very grateful for her patience, advice and professionalism throughout the whole process.

I decided purely based on the dealings I'd had with Ross to use Prospect to sell my property and I'm delighted I did. I have no doubt he did the best job anyone could have done and I'm more than happy with the price achieved. What would normally be a stressful time, Ross made sure the sale went through smoothly till completion and always made himself available throughout the process to answer any questions or deal with any issues I had.

The property had been sadly neglected over many years. At the first meeting at the property Ross was punctual, polite and positive. He offered a strategy of open house viewing to sell the property quickly but for the best price. All arrangements happened as Ross had said they would e.g. photographer and measurements, energy certificate. The date of the open house was swift in line with our wishes to market and sell the property as quickly as possible to minimise the stress to our aunt but the date was not convenient to either my sister or myself as we were both away the following week when conversations were needed to be had with regard to accepting an offer. All negotiations had to be run past the other people involved and telephone calls from abroad were not very easy. With hindsight I should have insisted the date be changed. I found communication most helpful and productive when speaking directly to Ross who confidently had the facts to hand. The service Ruth Kirkland also offered was excellent. She always had the facts correctly at hand and had the motivation and knowledge to move things a long when they needed action. The only negative I would bring to your attention was the Solicitor recommended by Prospects. They were no very proactive in moving the process along, more than once not forwarding documents which needed actioning to me until Ruth had chased them. When I telephoned to enquire after progress I would be told by the receptionist the solicitor couldn't be disturbed as they were dealing with the post, or they were on their lunch break. Simple but crucial errors were made in documents e.g the price of the property and the owners name. When we needed to take out an indemnity against the boiler we had to accept the ONE company they dealt with . There was no option to check pricing or terms with any other company despite my protests and they "lost" or failed to copy necessary paperwork which meant I had to remake the journey of 50 miles to take the documents to them again.

I Had my house up with Romans for the Full term 12 weeks and a bit more , Romans had inform me that we had sold , So I was very happy with them , But the next day I was informed that my Buyers had change there mind. I was not informed this by Romans , I heard this by a second party, I was very upset, that Romans did not inform me , They had Informed me that my buyers where having seconds thoughts re the room size, So Romans wanted me to sign up for further two weeks with them . I was going to until I found out the lie. So I Change to Prospect as I had spoken to Ross a few times re my house , It was the best thing I ever done , I had two weeks to sell my House or I would of lost my Dream Home . Within a Week they sold it . There Team are great , and they tell all the customers the truth and feed back is good . Prospect will keep you informed,and will never lie to you .

We initially registered with Prospect looking in the Bracknell area, however we were very glad when Ross called us and explained that this property that had just come on the market in Sandhurst was a must see. We were very surprised that it had everything we were looking for! We also used Prospect's Solicitors and Mortgage Advisor, which saved us huge amounts of time and hassle, with communication being better and quicker than we anticipated. Throughout the process, we found the assistance of all other team members to also be a great help to us. A very efficient team, who we would definitely use again if we were to sell/buy in the future.

Ross and the team at Prospect Sandhurst have been fantastic to deal with. They've been professional, courteous and friendly at every point of contact. They've been quick to respond to enquiries and questions, and have constantly kept us involved in the whole process with quick yet helpful emails and calls. There's been a few challenges along the way that haven't helped the smooth progression of the sale (as I know there always are) but Ross has handled these professionally, quickly and with good humour too. From the outset effort and time has been placed on us - with excellent and planned photos (a professional photographer who took care what was in and out of shot) and a well laid out property flyer to a smoothly planned open day and then a quick sale too. They have been worth every penny and I want to whole-heartedly recommend Ross and his whole team.

Lee has been a constant source of professionalism and support through the process of selling our house. He has provided us with clear and fair advice resulting in our house selling very quickly. As soon as Prospect were involved with the sale of our property we had a large number of viewings which another Estate was unable to do. Jordan and Tom were enthusiastic sellers of our property ensuring they were fully up to date on all the information about the house. Ross and Lee have kept us up to date with all the progress by phone and have welcomed our visits to the Agency when we need someone to talk through the process face to face. Having them just down the road is very helpful indeed especially as we haven't moved house for 17 years and are new to the whole game of moving! Thank you to all the team at Sandhurst.

We discussed the prospect of us extending our home and Ross gave some really excellent advice on this regarding the size of our house compared to the size of plot we have.

We discussed the prospect of us extending our home and Ross gave some really excellent advice on this regarding the size of our house compared to the size of plot we have.
We were extremely happy and surprised at the valuation Ross provided us. We had a meeting with our financial advisor and decided that as we had only been in our house for 2 years and the fact we had spent some considerable money and time on our house we would stay in the property for the next 2-3 years.
At no point during all the correspondence I had with Ross did I feel under any pressure at all to sell my home. He was professional and courteous at all times when I dealt with him. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Prospect to friends who are looking for a reliable, professional and non pushy estate agent.
I have had several bad experiences with 1 particular estate agent: Romans, and I would never recommend them to anyone. I was dubious when I approached Propect as I had had these bad experiences, but I was pleasantly surprised with my overall experince with Propect thanks to Ross.

Initially we contacted Prospect for a valuation early on in the year. At that time we were not certain that we would move. Ross was very helpful however and professional giving us the impression that they would work hard for us should we use them if we decided to sell. Having made the decision to use Prospect we have had no regrets. They have great customer service, return calls quickly and efficiently. A few viewings were out of office hours and they accommodated that which has been great. They have offered us some sound advice. The main thing has been that they have helped us sell our house achieving the sales objective. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.
