Their service, back office and admin is great, they are trustworthy and get me rental rates higher than local agents and the tenants are of a high standard. Caridon don\'t charge me commission, like a local agent, however, I get the same service if not better that what a local agent would charge me to let and manage the property, with caridon this comes as part of the package so I am saving money and getting a better service.
