In short, these guys are just one of the best estate agents.
We have put our house on the market for some time and used various different estate agents only to found out they are just very enthusiastic at the very beginning but will cool off in weeks. To look for a change, we decided to give Northwood a go having heard their excellent service in property lettings.
Ben has been extremely helpful from day 1, he goes above and beyond to achieve the sale. he advised how the house should be decorated to attract views and provide a lot of help on that, when it comes to the sale he is always on top of everything. He recommended a rather good solicitor to deal with the selling, but the buyers weren't so great. Ben has been very proactive in chasing up the seller's side which we all understands is extreme hard work.
When Ben was off, the case was passed to Mitch and Sarah. We have experience with other agents where if the person who is handling your case is off, its pretty much sits there for however long until that person is back. But with Northwood, this is NOT the case. In fact the whole branch has been super helpful, working as a team, taking care matters when one is off.
Northwood Reading Branch has set an extremely high standards in the property service industry and in fact in any industry and I would without a doubt and without hesitation use them again and recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Communications were faultless and pleasant. We were so pleased with their service that when the time came we naturally used them to sell our property. If you have ever been involved with selling your house you know how stressful it can be. I'm pleased to say they exceeded our expectations. Finding buyer really quickly and when the first buyer fell through, getting replacement buyers in place quickly. Once again they were on top of the situation the whole way through the process.

I was talking to a friend last week about properties and was keen to explain to them that one of the best things I've ever done was entrust my investment with you. By using Northwoods guaranteed rent scheme I have been able to remove all the stress and worry between rental periods because in fact I never have a rental period anymore. My rent is guaranteed so I can budget my expenses with my income. Aside from the odd maintenance issue, which you are flexible enough to allow me to do myself; I would hardly know I had the flat. Furthermore, judging by the condition of the property on my last inspection the quality of the tenants is excellent. I have and will continue to recommend your services whenever I have the opportunity.

I've actually tried to post a review for this agency already but it hasn't appeared on your site yet. From the outset they have been excellent communicators, brilliant problem-solvers and they found me a tenant that has looked after my property excellently. I genuinely feel that they are actually bothered about giving a good service to both the landlords and the tenants - really refreshing! I'd recommend Northwood to anybody seeking to rent out their property and know it is in safe hands.

The service was fantastic from start to end. The team were professional without any hard sell. The professional service was without doubt the best I have experienced. The interior designer showed me how best to showcase my home ready for potential buyers and ready for the photos. The photographer was first class and the final brochure was far superior to those I have seen from other agents. My home was sold within a couple of weeks and for the asking price. The team then helped me ensure the sale and my purchase went through without any problems. I definitely recomend Northwood and will use them again.
