Over the past 2 years I have been letting 2 properties in Hornchurch with Jackie Martin at Balgores Hornchurch.
Each time has been a very pleasant and painless experience. Jackie takes the time to listen and understand exactly the type of tenants I am looking for and what is important to me as a landlord. I have been really impressed with the calibre of tenants and the speed with which the properties have been filled. I have also used their gas and electricity certificate service which was easy and competitively priced. Jackie's communication is excellent and all points and paperwork are followed up on promptly. A very professional service. Jackie is a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend.

Me and my Fiance recently let a property through Balgores in Hornchurch and have had a fantastic experience so far. We initially dealt with Jackie Martin who is fantastic and has been extremely Helpful, Reliable, Professional and friendly, she has put our mind at rest and answered any queries we have had throughout, as it was our first time renting. We have since dealt with Deepuk Sidhu on the Selling team who has also been fantastic. Anyone we have come into contact with at Balgores has been a pleasure to deal with and we would fully recommend using them for both Renting and Selling. They were so good that we recently recommended them to my Mother, who has decided to sell her property through Balgores and is also extremely happy with the service she has been provided with so far. Massive Thank You to the Team for being so accommodating keep up the great work!
