A few week s ago I decided that I needed to employ the services of Amy Dang of Remax to let my Flat in Blackheath.
Amy went about the letting of the flat very thoroughly and out some six agents that were engaged in the process, she proved the most successful .I did not really expect her to do it because there were some very powerful agencies involved who had a lot more resources than Amy.
Amy's approach to me as the Landlord and the tenants was very professional, and her fees was very competitive. In fact, she impressed me so much I have asked her to take over the management of my flat.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy Dang of Remax for all your lettings and property management requirements.

I would recommend using Remax for any Lettings service you are after especially if you are new to the the industry as they are very professional with an abundance of knowledge of the market. I find using a management service is a stress free way of managing properties and the service is worth every penny if you have little time to deal with every tenancy issue. I was surprised to find how unreasonable some tenant requests were and with a management service you know what you can say yes and no to by understanding there rights and yours.

She even was kind enough to help us move in on the day. If there are ever any issues, these are sorted within 24 hours and Amy is always so helpful no matter when or what time.

Renting from Remax has been the best experience of renting in my 5 years back in London and I would recommend them and especially her to anyone!
We originally signed on a 12 month contract and because we love both the property and the support we recieve, we have renewed for another 12 months. Once you live with Remax you will never want or need to go elsewhere.
