Remax vision is the worst agency I have ever had to deal with. Amy was one of the most childish agent I have ever had the unfortunate to deal with. The overall attitude was generally in disbelief that anything was asked of her and I was often met with resistance. At the end of such a horrible and painful experience I have yet to receive my deposit of almost two grand. After a whole month of consistently asking her when it will be received she even contrived the story that the landlord is not responding to her when there were no issues contacting him throughout my leasing period(what a coincidence…) I would strongly advise anyone not to seeking any property for rental or purchase though her as she will have you in regret.

Quintin was an obvious choice, being nearby. We'd been to 2 other agencies, but neither expressed any great interest in dealing with us. We were delighted to find that he was not only interested, but he was full of ideas and very helpful from the word go. This was brilliant for us, as we were only in London for the odd weekend: the fact that he was on the other end of a phone when we needed to speak was very reassuring. He got us a better price than we had expected, set himself a (tight) time target to find us a buyer, and indulged us when an old friend appeared on the scene and tried to buy our property from under Quintin's nose. He made the whole process easy for us, and every estate agency should have one. Having dealt with many estate agents over the last thirty years, I can say that Quintin is one of only two real gentlemen whom I've met in this business. I wish they were all like him. He is a star turn!

Mr Nguyen was recommended to me by a friend. A few week s ago I decided that I needed to employ the services of Amy Dang of Remax to let my Flat in Blackheath.
Amy went about the letting of the flat very thoroughly and out some six agents that were engaged in the process, she proved the most successful .I did not really expect her to do it because there were some very powerful agencies involved who had a lot more resources than Amy.
Amy's approach to me as the Landlord and the tenants was very professional, and her fees was very competitive. In fact, she impressed me so much I have asked her to take over the management of my flat.

I would recommend using Remax for any Lettings service you are after especially if you are new to the the industry as they are very professional with an abundance of knowledge of the market. I find using a management service is a stress free way of managing properties and the service is worth every penny if you have little time to deal with every tenancy issue. I was surprised to find how unreasonable some tenant requests were and with a management service you know what you can say yes and no to by understanding there rights and yours.

Renting from Remax has been the best experience of renting in my 5 years back in London and I would recommend them and especially her to anyone!
We originally signed on a 12 month contract and because we love both the property and the support we recieve, we have renewed for another 12 months. Once you live with Remax you will never want or need to go elsewhere.

Complaints Procedure
RE/MAX Vision Complaints Procedure:
Should you have a reason to make a complaint, we have implemented the following complaints procedure to help us resolve your grievance and work towards continually improving our professional services.
All complaints will be investigated and dealt with at no cost to the consumer.
The complainant's legal rights aren't affected throughout the process.
Stage 1.
1. Any complaint against RE/MAX Vision (the Company) should be addressed in the first instance to the person with whom you have been dealing in respect of the matter giving rise to your complaint.
2. If you cannot obtain an explanation satisfying your complaint within 24 working hours, please do not hesitate to contact the appointed Manager listed below.
3. If your complaint has not been resolved at stage 1, or in the event of a complaint being made directly to those named below we will progress as follows.
Stage 2.
4. If your complaint was originally made verbally we would be grateful if you could summarise the nature of your grievance in writing to the Manager listed below.
5. Once we have received your written summary we will acknowledge receipt in writing, normally within 3 working days, to inform you of our understanding of the circumstances leading to your complaint. We may ask for more information regarding these circumstances and we will invite you to make any comments that you may have.
6. We shall continue our investigations into the matter and normally within 15 working days of receipt of your written summary the person dealing with your complaint will write informing you of the outcome of the investigation and let you know what actions have been taken or will be taken. In some instances your complaint may take longer than this to investigate, if so we will write to you to inform you of our progress.
7. If you remain dissatisfied with any aspect of the handling of the complaint, we will then attempt to resolve it promptly by negotiation.
8. At any stage or if the complaint has still not been resolved to your satisfaction we will agree its referral to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents.
