The team at Robin King were excellent. This purchase was not straightforward but at every hurdle the team were timely, informative and incredibly supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know and would definitely use them if I ever move again.

They also rang our solicitor a number of times which helped the process along smoothly & we moved house very quickly.

We experienced a protracted House sale and then purchase last year, even though we only moved four doors down the road. Whilst other so called Professional bodies let us down and made the process more tortuous than was needed, Robin King Staff, particularly Gill and Carol, kept the whole thing moving, and kept us updated at all stages, making numerous enquiries on our behalf and ensuring we knew what was happening and what was required. We have used Robin King previously and would do so again without hesitation due to their excellent service, and also recommend them to any prospective buyer or seller. We are lucky to have them in this village, not only for their conveyancing expertise but their willingness to get involved in sponsoring Community events. When you plan to move house, you need a good agent, but also good people. Robin King and his staff meet these descriptions fully. We cannot recommend them highly enough, with Thanks.

Robin King shone as an Estate Agency from the start. Their inspection of my property put a valuation on it higher than had been the case by other Agents. However, it was the confidence inspired in me that they would achieve a sale promptly and at the best market price that decided me to appoint them as Sole Agent.
A buyer was indeed found quite quickly and after some negotiation a sale agreed. It was thereafter that the staff at Robin King showed what makes them stand out as an exceptional Agent. Although the buying chain was not long by some standards, it was long enough so that the transaction moved at the pace of the slowest buyer/solicitor...........and it was slow. Throughout what seemed interminable delays (NOT caused by Robin King), the Agency staff nurtured everyone - especially me - through the stressful process with regular proactive progress updates. I never made a call to their office that wasn't responded to either immediately or very promptly. The staff 'phoned me whenever there was any news, and sometimes when there was not, simply to maintain close communication.
The final successful sale was at last realised by the efforts of several organisations, it is true. However, I remain convinced that had Robin King not been involved, one or more parties might have withdrawn in frustration from the process altogether and failure could have resulted. As it is, I recommend Robin King wholeheartedly and thank the whole team there for their patient, persistent and professional efforts on my behalf.
