When started my own Estate and Lettings Agency in 2013 this was my motto. The business started with just myself, a phone, a few business cards and I was renting a desk inside another companies office.
It has blossomed into a full flowing Estate Ag
ency business where we are proud of the team with hire and the culture that we have set.
This in my opinion sets us apart from our competition and every single staff member wears a badge of integrity, pride and responsibility to the job, other team members and our clients.
We are a young, dynamic, innovative Estate Agency Business with a point proven and an ongoing vision.

Being a long term tenant (since 2013) with Keystones, I can honestly say they are amazing. I met Scott when he had just started the company and was one of his first tenants. He has been simply amazing and always straight forward...what you see, is what you get...no hidden agendas. Having been a tenant for so long under Keystones' management, I can honestly say, there have been such awesome managers. But my favourite to date has been Katie. She is attentive and compassionate yet always professional. She listens and always seeks ways to resolve the issue. She handles sensitive matters with confidentiality and always very friendly. I just want to recommend them to anyone who would like to rent...you won't be disappointed.

Keystones have been absolutely amazing to deal with. From viewing the property to having the offer accepted was a very smooth process. Marketing the property and finding a buyer was very rapid and I was kept updated on progress and the approach to use was discussed and agreed with me. From there right through progressing the sale, it was very useful to have their overview of the whole sales chain and I found that I was given regular updates, responded to when I had queries and importantly supported when anything needed ironing out to facilitate the process. This level of involvement took place right up to completion too.
I'd certainly recommend the Keystones team to others.
