I would like to say that Manning Stainton staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding during the viewing and eventual completion of my renting of my new home. This is both the kind gentleman who showed us around the property and the very helpful young lady who dealt with all the paperwork. They were sensitive and supportive to the fact I have mobility issues .

Excellent service from start to finish. Andrew came to talk is through the selling process and took the photos for the portfolio. He was down to earth and helpful and I felt at ease with him.
The ladies in the office worked quickly to inform potential buyers of our property and Joanne brook from Morley office arranged 6+ viewings on the first day with several more for the next few days. They clearly all work well as a team to get things done. As a result of all her hard work we had 2 offers at full asking price that same day and we have now accepted the first offer. I'm shocked that it took us a day to sell our home. Thank you so much, you don't know how much we needed a bit of good luck!

After being unimpressed by so many estate agents, Manning Stainton have restored my faith. Six days to get our property valued and to market through to sold!!! She was really very helpful and put my mind at rest. I viewed the house twice and Joanne followed up the lead on Sunday , she contacted the vendors with the offer and she contacted me back straight away to say the offer had been accepted. I thought it was very efficient response and she explained what the following steps would be. Both members of staff have been more than helpful , very impressed.

The agent was very good and followed-up extensively during the process. We viewed the property on Saturday and called to place an offer on Sunday morning at 11am. Joanne called the vendors and was unable to reach them to get an answer, which she followed-up with and informed us about immediately. The offer was rejected and so we submitted a higher offer that was accepted. Joanne called us immediately and was very informative about what to do next, which we hugely appreciated. She was cooperative, informed and helpful. A good service was received.

Being a first time buyer she explained things clearly and in a way which I could understand. This was especially useful considering the delays and subsequent dealings with the vendor and mortgage provider. She allayed my anxieties all through this period and I would like to thank her for such a smooth ride in what could otherwise have been an extremely difficult and worrying time.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The fee was competitive and comparable to other agents in Morley if not a little cheaper overall (including solicitors fee, advertising etc....)
