It's tough to choose which agent to list a property with, we found that Paul at Burn & Warne gave us a realistic valuation with good market insight and gave us confidence that not only did he know what he was doing but that he was good at it. I'd researched the local agents beforehand and the stats for Burn & Warne suggested they were able to deliver on their valuations and the reality has matched that expectation.

Found all the guys brilliant to deal with.
It’s obviously a strange time and they understood everyone has different needs/situations atm.
There was no pressure which was something I was wary of.
Infact they made it easy and stress free.
I must say Kelly and Paul were first class.
I will hopefully be looking to buy a property in the surrounding area in the near future, I will definitely be focusing my search through Burn and Warner’s books.

I have been looking for a property over a year and poor Paul had to suffer from me who has lots of questions, demands and a limited budget. A non-english speaking mum did not help when coming to view the property, but he found my first flat!
He is very professional, patient, helpful, trustful from the start to finish, no pushing, no LIES. He went to extra mile to help my friend to appeal the valuation of his property.

Adrian gave great advice on how to price the property and Paul worked with us to plan viewings at times that suited us, he also followed up after each viewing. After we accepted the offer Neil was great at keeping us informed during the purchase process. Fees were also competitive.
Service from the whole team was fantastic, they communicated well and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

Having experienced three other estate agents Burn & Warne were a breath of fresh air. They were so professional and yet friendly at the same time. Gave us good advice and plenty of feedback after viewings and they sold the property. We wish we had picked them right at the start when we decided to sell the house it would have saved us a lot of hassle.We would certainly recommend them to anyone considering selling. The icing on the gingerbread, we had an unexpected problem just before completion and they found us a tradesman who could solve it for us at short notice.

Cannot recommend Burn & Warne highly enough. As first-time sellers we had a LOT of questions and Paul, Olly & Neil all genuinely seemed to care about supporting us through the process and getting us the best possible price. We had far more viewings than with previous agents and I’m so grateful to them for the extra push when we were at risk of losing our purchase. I even got an email from Neil late on a Friday night to confirm, after some back and forth, that the completion date we had really wanted had been agreed.
