About Stuart
Stuart Williams, Local Director. In 2009 I set out to setup a new kind of Lettings and Estate Agency. As a professional landlord for over 10 years, I was impressed with the Northwood Guaranteed Rent product, and Northwoods integrity in requiring all offices to be members of The Property Ombudsman, NALS, and SafeAg
ent. I setup Northwood Dulwich in 2010, and enjoy advising professional and accidental landlords on how to get the most from their property investments. Buying and selling property is often very stressful for both the vendor and buyer. To try and relieve this stress, our professional sales team is focused on honesty, and exceptional communication with all parties. I am very proud of how our team provide an honest and professional service to our Vendors, Landlords, Buyers and Tenants alike.

Highly recommend Northwood when selling a property. Duncan and Stuart cannot do more to help. We were messed around by a potential purchaser for four months but Duncan and Stuart swiftly helped get the property back on the market and sold to the right person!

Julie and the team are professional ,courteous and always go the extra mile to respond to queries and issues promptly. I have 2 properties that I have rented out with Northwoods and although I live outside of London I feel that they keep me up to speed with all national and local regulations , rent levels and other matters. They find good tenants and ensure that they are happy in the properties and that regular inspections ensure that my properties are maintained to the highest standards and any problems with messy or unruly tenants are dealt with promptly and thoroughly. Great agents !

We use Northwood to manage our two flats held in Trust. we have tried other letting agencies but returned to Northwood as they have been the best company we have used. Importantly too they are accessible to our tenants who also value the fact they are located close by. They are efficient ensuring we obligations as a landlord. They offer a responsive repairs and contractor if the needed.

I'm an absentee Landlord. Northwood has managed my property for a number years. I would to thank Stuart and all the staff at Northwood for managing the property. They take care of any problem tenant encounter arrange for the skilled technician to resolve the problem. Provide an annual inspection via video. Stiuart and his staff are very knowledgable of screening the tenants. I have had no problem them selecting tenants since they have been managing my property. I would highly recommend Northwood of their services to anyone.

I used Northwood service for number of and have been very pleased. I would like thank Stuart and all the staff of Northwood of managing my property as an absentee owner. Staurt and his inspection team are all always on top of issues tenant complaints and getting experienced workers for repairs and a very reasonable cost. The rent is forwarded to my account on time. Have got excellent tenant when there is change of tenancy and re-rent the property and the market value. I would recommend Northwood services to family, freinds and others anytime.
