Annie is really helpful and returns calls and chases everything to get the purchase done as quick as possible. I feel I can relay on her to move things forward.
Found we didn’t receive confirmation of our two viewings booked and had to phone back to confirm these were booked.

I decided to use springbok as I thought they were different to estate agents and they provide a quick service, well that's what was presented to me like don't worry we cover your fees we do it all. They were exactly the same and if anything they were worst. I had my property on the market for an entire year and it still didn't go through. Springbok are incumbent they don't care about how they treat you or what you house is worth as long as they your fees. My house sale fell through twice due to them not checking there buyers. I could go and on. For anyone wanting to use them for a quick service do not. Use your normal estate agents. My negotiator marc and Bethan were terrible could not get through to them and they never followed through with what they say

I am currently nearing the sale of my house. I had never experienced this situation before and was really apprehensive about it all. I had been looking online for quite a while, and read all the reviews on Springbok so decided to ring and get further details of what to expect. I'm so glad I did because everything ran smoothly. My negotiator Marc was always pleasant and kept me updated on things. Basically all I had to do was sit back and let them get on with things. Cheers.
