I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Jones Robinson's. They made the whole process so simple and answered all my questions no matter how silly. If they couldn't answer my question they would find someone who could. The house is perfect and they were the only estate agents that actually listened to what we were looking for rather than just sending us tons of houses that we weren't interested in just to make a sale. The whole experience was a lot more personal and made buying our first home the special experience I was hoping for. Thank you so much Wendy and Lisa!

I would highly recommend Jones Robinson Estate Agent, I have received fantastic service selling my house. The viewings were all booked in through Lisa, James and Rachel and they all kept me updated on bookings, changes etc. James and Lisa suggested block viewings which fitted better around me and my young children so that was great! They suggested a marketing plan which resulted in 10 offers on the property, eventually accepting an offer over the set guide price which was brilliant! Deborah has been really helpful with processing the sale and any information I have needed has been found out by Deboroah or Lisa straight away. I have received such good customer service which is so important at a potentially stressful time!
