As Landlords, we have property throughout West Yorkshire and I can categorically say that Kendalls stand out as the best we have used. As Landlords, we have property throughout West Yorkshire and I can categorically say that Kendalls stand out as the best we have used. They are efficient, cost-effective and reliable, looking after the tenant and the landlord in an equal and appropriate measure. I wish they operated in more cities other than Wakefield, so they could look after all our properties.

Abrupt and inflexible is the best way to describe my dealings with Karen, but I shall leave it at that.
Whilst Karen was on holiday I was looked after by Wendy Brown. Far easier and pleasant process and got contracts signed no problem at all.
Would definitely recommend Richard Kendall, just maybe a little less bite please.
