I have rented out a property with these agents for the past few years and they have been wonderful the whole way through. The staff are very friendly, supportive and professional. I have rented out a property with these agents for the past few years and they have been wonderful the whole way through. The staff are very friendly, supportive and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. They kept up with the six monthly checks and kept me up to date of any problems that may have occurred. I recently got the property back to put on the for sale market and again I will only use Richard Kendall’s. Jessica Judd has been so helpful, supportive and understanding on a few issues we had when I got the property back and through her things have been resolved and sorted out. Thank you Jessica :)). I would also like to mention Sallie Boocock who again helped so much when problems arose with the tenancy, thank you Sallie:))

We have properties in several areas of Yorkshire and are therefore in a good position to compare agents. Richard Kendall are by far the best; their attention to detail is excellent, they communicate well with each other and they keep abreast of the constantly changing developments in the wider field of lettings as a whole.
We also like that their charges are reasonable and they don't add in hidden extra fees for renewing tenancies and mid term checks.
We have used them for 5 years to manage 6 flats for us and their high standard of service has been consistent
