Not easy when large choice of Estate Agents . . . but no second thoughts with Markus, Pam, Morven & team at Cathedral City Estates. Our house sale was a lot of work but very useful tips from Markus, and the viewers commented how helpful Cathedral were, which was very reassuring from our perspective. As executor of a friend's estate I had to sell a flat in Stirling and chose Cathedral City Estates because of their competitive pricing compared to other local estate agents. They provided an excellent service, giving advice on how to present the flat for sale, taking beautiful photographs and doing all the viewings. We received an offer within three weeks. The Bridge of Allan office acted as go-between for the conversation with the purchaser regarding items to be left in the flat and this was handled efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Cathedral City Estates to any seller.
