Ricky dealt with the sale of my property (Dagenham branch) whilst I also bought another property within the Balgores group (Romford branch).
From beginning to end, Ricky was a star. He clearly knows what he is talking about when it comes to the property market and he made it his mission to cut out the fluff of selling a house. He made the entire process effortless and even went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions. One example (out of many) - was printing paperwork for me to sign and sending it to my solicitors for me. He was never obligated to do so, especially with items regarding my purchase. So although this is was a small gesture on his part - this was very much appreciated from my self as I do not have a printer at home, nor could I leave the house due to the pandemic.
Ricky was polite, professional and punctual at all times. He did everything in his power to ensure that everything went smoothly.
All in all, Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is clearly a great asset to the Balgores group and is a stellar example of how an estate agent should conduct their work. I highly recommend Ricky and his team at Balgores Dagenham!

I had no choice however, in using estate agents to find a property to purchase. This kind of filled me with a little dread and I totally was not looking forward to all the blah and bs.
I however met Ricky Archer at a property that I had arranged to view and he just seemed different. He had a really nice way and came across as decent and honest. This was my first impression of him. I didn't like the house he was showing me and it was over priced (in fact it is still on the market now). I had no interest in buying it, but I really appreciated meeting an agent like Ricky.
About a month later, a property came on the market that I was very interested in. I called Balgores to arrange a viewing. About half way through the call, I realised that I was speaking to Ricky, who I had met previously. He remembered me and the house that he had previously shown me around. I was really pleased when Ricky said that he would be showing me the new property himself.
He showed me around the new property and again was professional, charming, funny and honest. He said that as soon as it came on the market, he knew it would be what I was looking for and he was right.
Ricky was able to negotiate well between the seller and I, to get an price that we could both agree on. This was efficient and he kept me up to date and managed my expectations extremely well.
Even though Ricky was working for the seller and not for me, he kept me up to date throughout the whole process. He gave me his mobile number and was always available for calls and texts. He proactively managed the sales process until contracts were exchanged; speaking to solicitors and other parties in the chain. We were able to achieve a really fast exchange and agree a completion date. Ricky was fantastic throughout!
He has changed my view of estate agents somewhat and I would recommend him to anyone. Balgores Hornchurch seems to be a great company too, based on all my interactions with them! I will send anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Hornchurch area, directly to Ricky Archer.
Thank you for all your help Ricky. I hope to see you on completion day next month!

Further I had to accept slightly less due to market changes however they negotiated down my onward purchase which is great. They provided me a solicitor in AVRillo who was fantastic and the deal will end out closing in less than 12 weeks which is amazing. If Chris wasn't about, Ricky dovetailed in perfectly and the pair together were on the case of my buyer and my seller to move this along.

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to both Ricky Archer and Paul Newell for all their help during my recent house sale.
As this was the sale of my late mother's house, it was quite a stressful time for both myself and my sister.
Paul and Ricky were fully aware of the circumstances and acted in an extremely caring and compassionate manor throughout the entire process.
Both Ricky and Paul were totally professional in the way they kept myself and my sister fully informed of all updates at all times.
On many occasions I went into the branch to see either Paul or Ricky, and I was always greeted with a smile and an equally warm welcome. In fact everyone in the Hornchurch branch were always a pleasure to deal with.
Some of the legal paperwork was quite complex, but, once again Ricky or Paul were available to offer a helping hand.
Both Paul and Ricky are very good ambassadors for Balgores, and I thank them once again.
I would certainly use Balgores again in the future.

Ricky was attentive, polite, always available and above all else - an honest trustworthy agent.
We outlined our requirements straight from the off, Ricky returned immediately with various properties for us to see (all of which ticked our pre mentioned boxes).
On the viewings Ricky was courteous, on time and well presented.
Being a new purchaser to that area, Ricky spent time going through pros and cons of each micro area of Hornchurch and our buying experience was definitely enhanced from meeting Ricky.

A great service, whilst these guys cost a little more I really believe that you get what you pay for. We had real confidence in the team and Ricky was a star striker, he helped us hold our nerves together and was totally responsive to all our needs and questions. We sailed through the whole process with one wobble at the end which Ricky managed us through like someone who had been selling houses all his life and in reality he only left school a few years ago, this guy will be a future star. However full prise across the team on this one.
