Awful!!!! If we could give 0 stars we would! As a landlord I have been with this agency for few years…. It is a rip off for any landlord!!!! Renewing contract with existing tenant would cost us over £1000 for 1 bed flat. When any other agency would charge £200-£300. Unprofessional team who can not answer any questions without referring to their terms and conditions. Which are not easy to understand!!!!! Even our solicitor said that it is very badly written document!!! Please avoid!!!! We have learnt our lesson hard way, expensive way.

Ive used Alex Neil for many many years now as I've always found the team exceptionally reliable. Rebecca and Owen have always been my main point of contact from the valuing/marketing through to the property management side of things. I've just had my property renovated by them and the works that were carried out were to a very high standard and within a very reasonable price and time frame. Once the works were finished I had Rebecca value the house for sale. She put it on the market and it went under offer within 36 hours. If I ever buy a rental investment property again I will without a doubt instruct Alex Neil. Thanks for all your support, expertise and efficiency over the years guys you're in a different league to the rest of the London based agents.

I've had my property to let on the market with an online agency for almost 4 months without any tenants so when Rebecca told me that she could get tenants in within a week, to be very honest I didn't believe it because it had no tenant for 4 months but she proved me wrong! She got tenants in there in less than a week. Rebecca delivered indeed. She was professional, knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout her part of the process. I would highly recommend her. Matteo also was very professional, knowledgeable and builds a great rapport. I would also highly recommend Matteo.
