I came across a property on RightMove which lead me to Tracy at Goodfellows. For context; I have been looking for a place for nearly a year, so I've dealt with my fair share of agents! I couldn't have asked for a better agent, Tracy is approachable, warm and a joy to work with. She is responsive and helpful, as well as working really hard to help me. Thanks to Tracy I now have now secured my new home! Tracy is a great estate agent because not only is she extremely knowledgable about property in the area, but she is genuinely interested in your needs as a client. She has a bright bubbly personality and is a real 'people person'. She has been consistently supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of securing my new flat, and she made sure the specific requirements I had from the landlord were addressed, which I was grateful for. Overall it's been a fab experience working with Tracy and I can't fault her or her level of expertise, I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in moving in the area.

Tracy has made the renting process with Goodfellows an extremely positive experience.
Tracy is always quick to respond, nothing is too much trouble and just an overall truly helpful and friendly person.
It has been lovely meeting and working with Tracy and if I were a landlord I would want Tracy to represent my property as she really made us feel at ease when viewing the property which we immediately put an offer in for.
