Kira, Sham and the team at Northwood, Luton have been so supportive and efficient with any and all of my queries. Never had an issue reaching the office and all of the staff are approachable and friendly. I never had to wait too long to have any issues fixed although not that many at all. Also Del ... Kira, Sham and the team at Northwood, Luton have been so supportive and efficient with any and all of my queries. Never had an issue reaching the office and all of the staff are approachable and friendly. I never had to wait too long to have any issues fixed although not that many at all. Also Del who came to inspect the flat was very kind and thoughtful asking if I was okay with the neighbours. Highly recommend renting with Northwood.

Acceptable but would expect a better preferatual rate for loyal customers and low service requirements. Perhaps adopt a refundable no claims discount fee set up. Whereby landlords get refunded an amount for low agent service usage. To encourage landlords to maintain properties.

As a landlord of many years I have worked with many letting companies and agents.
Keira was excellent. She provided very timely replies and was able to communicate clearly and effectively. She dealt with teathing problems diplomatically and fairely.
Feedback was always given with prospective tenants which for me was essential.
Due to Keira I am considering moving my portfolio of properties to Northwood. (If she is willing to be on point with dealing with them)
