About Chris
I have been working in the estate agent business since the start of 2016 and I can safely say I am enjoying every minute of it.
Having worked in both the Sales and Lettings departments I have gained a great amount of knowledge and experience within the business in such a short space of time.
I have also lived in
Rochdale all my life and therefore know a great deal about the area which I feel is very important, especially when you have a client that has a specific criteria.
Working with the public is something I have done for over 6 years and providing the best customer service is something I have consistently done to the best of my ability as I believe there is nothing better than customer satisfaction.

Their fees may be slightly higher than other agents but on this occasion I do feel that you certainly get what you pay for..... if you're looking for a friendly, efficient and professional service then Kirsten and Chris will provide this.

Kirsten recently accompanied me to a viewing of a property for rent and then went out of her way to help me through the application process which was something I haven't done before and did find quite intense. She has kept in touch with me throughout with questions from the landlord and also has responded immediately to any questions I have had. I can honestly say she made the whole experience much less stressful than it probably otherwise would have been. As a professional person myself it's not often that I have encountered two young people who such a credit to their employers. I've also found the reference agency C&N use 'uk tenantdata' to be similarly efficient and helpful.
