Excellent and Personable
We have been renting property with Go View for a number of years and they have always been prompt, friendly and professional. The Go View team are always a phone call away to help with any queries we have and are very knowledgeable in the West London / Ealing are. we are extremely happy with them and would most definitely recommend renting, buying or selling with Go View.

My tenant was being deported and was refusing to pay the rent - full of excuses. I thought it was a lost cause and worried that the deposit would not cover lost rent and damage. GoView's approach has removed a headache from me. Usually I lose roughly the first month's rent on a new tenancy. As GoView spread their fee I suffer no such cashflow headaches. More importantly it meant that they were truely aligned to resolve my defaulting tenant.

Bryan, one of the owners, was also able to provide his experience and expertise to calm my fears as well as my temperament to this issue. And all for the better as the rent has now been paid and the property is about to be relet.
