Our Experience with Beresford has been positive throughout, we got swift and accurate rental proposals from Pete Ranki whom even after a rocky start with getting the tenants in (at no fault of his own) delivered on all aspects.
Our property manager Karina has also been a massive help, making sure the property is kept in good condition and notifying us of any works that need to be undertaken swiftly, and also does not just go for the first quotation she receives which is a welcome change from what we have experienced in the past!
Good Job from both!

Photographs were taken of my property within days. The Agency uploaded the photo's on to their website and within less than 2 weeks my property was rented :)

I was looking for an estate agent to sell my property and had 3 in mind. After meeting with Pete Ranki, (who was the 1st and ended up being the only agent) i went ahead with Beresford residential and am so glad i did.
Mr Ranki was Professional, Well presented and Very straightforward.
My property was on the market for 2 weeks and only had 2 viewings and was sold on 2nd viewing.
I am delighted to have chosen Beresford and glad to have met Mr Ranki.
Excellent service all round.

Pete got the show on the road. He was friendly and quietly very efficient and gave me practical guidance and advice on marketing my Camberwell flat, including the most sensible pricing, and he got on with the job, organising eg excellent professional photography, and viewings with the least amount of fuss, whilst making me feel I was an important client who mattered to him.
Dannielle took over seamlessly from Pete thereafter. She was always proactive and interested and alert, and always responded to any queries almost immediately - she was really on the ball. She chased up the other party and his solicitors and kept everyone, including me, fully informed, ensuring the matter got prompt attention and that it was always moving forward as efficiently as possible.
The whole transaction took only 8 weeks from initial marketing to legal completion of the sale.
I was really impressed by the warm, friendly professionalism I encountered here. It felt to me that my transaction mattered, and that I mattered, to them both and they always, without fail, went the extra mile and helped me out in numerous ways above and beyond the call of duty.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them, and their firm, to anyone wanting a fast, effective and friendly service at a fair price.

Agent fees are never cheap but these ones are very reasonable and a lot less than other agents that we looked at which is very good as moving is never cheap. They really only charge you for what they have to pay or themselves there is no hidden fees that you find out about at a later date!

I cannot fault Beresford Residential who were efficient and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole buying process.
The majority of our communication was with Pete who was always polite, available, and helpful. He was happy to push solicitors on both sides in order to keep things moving, and kept us informed of what was required.
In a process with many moving parts (and one we were unfamiliar with as first time buyers), I always felt comfortable that Beresford Residential were on top of everything.
Would definitely recommend.

Pete has been wonderful from the start to the end. He is very professional, fair and honest. He is gentle, polite, respectful but very assertive. You know where you are going with this man. I was gutted as well as he was that he did not find me a suitable tenant. I will return hopefully in the future if I need an estate agency again. You are simply the best! We got a very good introductory deal which Pete said was because they were trying to expand the business in Camberwell/Walworth. It was just over half the price of quotes from other estate agents.

Once the contract was in place, we got passed to Joe. The transition was smooth, and there didn't appear to be any lost information which you would usually expect in the circumstances. Joe was professional and helpful, gave us timely notifications when things were becoming due and was also very helpful in dealing with the deposit at the end of the tenancy.
