About Sarah
Sarah was key to the successful opening of the Reading office in April 2013 and has since enjoyed working in various roles including Lettings Manager and Office Manager. As General Manager she is now responsible for providing oversight of the sales and lettings teams as well as managing our lettings portfolio. Her
priority is to make sure all our customers have a great overall experience with Northwood and she would love to chat with you about how we might help you let or sell your property.

Have had a brilliant experience with Northwood from them managing my rental property right the way through to an efficient sale. They have made everything easy for me and I can't thank them enough. From the moment we met Mitch & Sarah we knew we were giving our property to a decent agents who really cared. Their communication was always excellent and when I decided to sell the property I knew it was a good idea to stick with Northwood. Paul priced it accurately, found a buyer quickly and facilitated a smooth sale process. Can't recommend them highly enough! Proper family business which makes a huge difference.

As mentioned in the general comments, fees are excellent compared to the competition and there is nothing in there that would make you feel you are being ripped off. Especially the lease renewal fees we paid were surprisingly low.

As we have rented a few properties in the UK, we have dealt with a significant number of agents. We can safely say that Northwood Reading & Newbury have provided us with by far the most positive experience. While we mostly communicated with Sarah, the comments are for the team as a whole.
We always felt that we had someone on or side for any problem that occurred, communication was always clear and throughout every interaction it was evident that there was a genuine effort to cater for our needs. Fees were lower than all other agents in Reading we interacted with and we never experienced any problems whatsoever with Northwood. If we have to single out one thing that sets Northwood apart from the others is that they strive to build a personal relationship with the client, making you feel really well looked after.
This agent is highly recommended!

Northwood started to take care of our shared house after our private landlord moved to Australia.
The handover and swap to the new contract was flawless and overly correct.
Michelle and Sarah have always been highly professional.

I have no hesitation in recommending Northwood as the Estate Agent to use in Reading. They are a very professional and friendly team always ready to help and go beyond the normal realms to locate, find and vet good tenants. They are relationship based and customer centric. They act with Integrity and am sure they act fairly with tenants too. They are the only Estate Agent in town offering the rent guarantee to Landlords which I think sets them apart from the others. I will be using Northwood for property sales aswell.
