Lyndon is the director and owner of the Company. He joined the Police Service as a young 18 year old and whilst he was completing 30 years’ at the sharp end, together with his wife, he began to invest in buy to let properties in 2002.With his background and experience Lyndon has become a good as
sessor of people’s characters and has built a successful property portfolio and also a growing and thriving letting agency. He understands the fears and anxieties of landlords (he is one) and is able to make sound judgements on potential tenants.

From first enquiry, through receiving the keys and settling in, L&A Lettings are by far the best letting agent I have ever dealt with. I have been a Landlord for many years now and I have always used the services of L & A Lettings for my management requirements. They were initially recommended to me by a mutual friend and long term tenant of theirs who introduced me to Lyndon.
I have always found them not only to be of the upmost professionalism but also a friendly and helpful company who are always available to assist in any matters that have arisen over the years. Their staff deliver the highest level of customer service which they have demonstrated time and again over my time working with them. Always going that extra mile.

I've been a landlord for 10 years and L&A Lettings have been managing my properties for the whole of that time. Lyndon initially identified properties for me to purchase and the guided me through the process of buying. Everything is on tap. Mortgage broker, solicitor and then full management.
Their policy of vetting tenants in their own homes and the level of experience that the staff have is phenomenal. No other agency can possibly have that level of expertise and commitment, most of the staff are retired Police Officers and all I can say is that my experience has been like a dream.
Well done guys you are the best!!!!

I have been Renting from L&A lettings for over 8 years, both Ann & Lyndon helped me out after loosing my husband, I needed somewhere smaller to live. I can honestly say they go above and beyond as landlords, They are lovely, helpful, caring people. They help you with application forms for housing benefits, always on end of phone if have a problem, will listen if you have any problems. If ever Iv had a leak, electrical or boiler problem it is always sorted ASAP with there team of traders they use, they are always polite, in contact regards time arriving, always do jobs been called to do.
