We recently bought a house in Wolverhampton and used L&A Lettings to find a tenant and to manage it. We were delighted with their tenant finding process, they worked really hard to fit the right tenant to the house and talked us through why. They have now been managing it for 3 months and we are very pleased with the service. We have been able to be completely hands off whilst trusting that the house and tenants are in good hands.

I have used L&A Lettings to rent out a property I own for over 16 years. They are professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They take away any stress regarding new regulations and legislation and ensure everything is in order/ legal. I would, and do recommend them to any potential landlord or tenant I know. I became a tenant with L&A just under 4yrs ago. From start to finish I cannot fault their service. Initially I was dealing directly with Lyndon, then Jon showed me the property. After that most of queries have been taken care of by Darren, who also recently helped me as I handed my property back. Annie and Gabby also were extremely helpful and very quick to resolve any issues. Everything has always been dealt with quickly and efficiently and once I am ready to to rent I will definitely come back to L&A

Iv been with l&a lettings for the last 9 years with 2 different properties, emotional to be handing my keys back today as I move on from them, the service you receive is faultless, they are prompt with anything you need doing & great landlords in general, would recommend them to anyone and would happily be a tenant with them again in the future! Complaints Procedure
When should I complain? As soon as possible after the event about which you wish to complain, but certainly within four weeks. How should I complain? Please write a letter or email. It is helpful if you keep it brief. Collect together any evidence to support your complaint e.g. an invoice, photographs, etc. but donâ??t send it to us at first. We will ask for this if we need it. In this event, please donâ??t send the originals, only copies. Please tell us what you would like to happen as a result of your complaint. Who should I complain to? You should address you complaint to the Branch Manager and either post to; L&A Lettings, 84 Griffiths Drive, Wednesfield, West Midlands WV11 2JE or email; info@l-a-lettings.co.uk What will happen to my complaint? Stage 1: Once we have received your written complaint, whether a letter or email, we will acknowledge it within three working days. Stage 2: We will investigate it and consider any evidence if necessary. You will get our written response within fifteen working days. If it is going to take longer e.g. because some of the people concerned are away, we will tell you how much extra time we need. If we feel that your complaint is justified, in whole or in part, we will include a proposal for action we will take to resolve it. You should accept or reject our proposal within ten working days. If we haven't heard from within that time we will assume that you agree with our proposal and put it into action.
