I think the fees are fair due to the non stop support and expertise given to us. We feel that they have facilitated the sale with both us, and the purchaser having their interests considered to a mutual agreement.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees were comparable to other agents in the area, but employing an estate agent to sell a house will always involve a not inconsiderable outlay.

We sold our house through Mansell McTaggart, dealing at one time or another with all members of the Burgess Hill team. All were friendly, helpful, attentive, efficient & on the ball through what at times was for us a stressful & attenuated house move. When we lost 2 buyers they really pulled out all the stops to arrange more viewings enabling us to quickly find a 3rd buyer & complete our move. They went above and beyond what we felt would be classed as normal service and showed an amazing commitment to our sale when the chain had several issues. They put so much effort in and and enabled us to complete the chain. We would have no doubt that if you are choosing an Agent in Burgess Hill to use Mansells, superb and thank you to them.

I have bought and sold through Mansell Mctaggart and have been thoroughly impressed on both occasions. Most recently, I bought a house through their Burgess Hill branch. I think Mansell McTaggarts are a really great agency. We warmed immediately to Justin and throughout the whole process he was very patient with us - and we were pretty emotional and stressful people to deal with too! I also think they know the local market really well - of the original valuations we had of our property they were the only ones who gave an accurate valuation and we eventually achieved very close to the asking price.

Very happy with the professional service offered
Initially we tried out luck with an online agent however it became very clear early on that you get what you paid for.
As a result we instructed Mansel McTaggart (having purchased this property through them 6 years ago) Justin attended our property gave good marketing advice and managed to get a professional brochure online and in the local press within 48 hours
To their testament we had our first viewing within 72 hours of instruction and ended up accepting an offer within 99% of our required asking price.
From contract to exchange I dealt with Michael who went well above and beyond his role in managing a very difficult issue that occurred down the bottom of our chain a week prior to our new build builders deadline.
Michael liaised with all parties throughout the very stressful process of unforeseen delay at the bottom and secured us our exchange and completion, which I don't think would have happened hadn't he been involved.
Having worked in Mortgage Lending in excess of 17 years I know my stuff and have not dealt with a better company in my time.
Would happily recommend and would like to thank Michael and and Justin for their hard work and determination throughout.

Mansell McTaggart have been pure professionalism from the start.
Their house photos and descriptors were excellent and within 6 days of putting the house on the market we had an offer of the full asking price.
They kept me informed throughout and advised on viewers visits and which offers were strong and backed up by realistic funding, reducing the stress of the process to a minimum
