Paige was my main agent, with Moh filling in while she was on annual leave. Both were incredibly polite and stepped up when things needed to be done. Paige was my main agent, with Moh filling in while she was on annual leave. Both were incredibly polite and stepped up when things needed to be done. Paige was an absolute star when it came to dealing with Help to Buy and the seller's solicitors, and even pressed them to move my completion/exchange date forward to a more convenient day. As with any process, there were a few hiccups along the way, but we got there in the end. Thanks, guys!

A highly professional letting agent who haved managed my property for 3 years.
They are proactive and diligent.
They have informed me of any work that has needed to be changed, and given great peace of mind, that they treat tenant and landlord in a professional and caring manner. Recently an appliance in my property had broken, Northwood Watford got in touch, gave me all the options and ensured the situation was resolved, and even wrote me afterwards to let me know the fix had been undertaken, and informed me they have registered the appliance for its warranty.
A professional business run by professional people.
