Braemore deserves 5 / 5 !!! We selected Braemore for second time while changing home and it was all quick, hassle free , First come first basis criteria, much professional and supportive experience journey. Right from viewings, we felt confident in house move due to support from Braemore. Paper work was quick. Much Appreciate Lynne More for making paper work quick with proper quality controls in place. We would also like to appreciate excellent professional services and support provide by property manager of previous property with braemore - Lisa Cockerell and our current property manager Gary Ward. Always quick and supportive for issues resolution. Thanks Braemore. Keep up the good work. Cheers!!

My experience with Braemore was a pleasant one and for this I must thank Property Manager Lisa Cockerell who was always prompt at answering my emails when needing help or any sort of support as a tenant.
Not only was Lisa quick at answering but whenever possible, she would always try to accommodate the visits of contractors based on my availability or my partner which was very much appreciated.
As Lisa was my main contact within the agency, I can definitely state that thanks to her positive attitude and professionalism my tenancy went smoothly without major issues.

We've been renting with Braemore for close to a year now and i would recommend them to others looking to rent in Edinburgh. The applications process is straightforward and made stress free through the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff we've worked with (mostly Lynn Hay throughout the new tenancy process who replied very quickly to emails and went out of her way to be helpful).
Both properties we've rented are well maintained and any issues (which have been small) have been dealt with quickly by our property manager.
