My experience renting through Braemore was excellent. Rachel was really helpful during the tenancy, responding very promptly to emails and answering questions. The process of moving out was smooth, I received a compete information pack from the office explaining every step and got my deposit back ... Read Full Review

My experience renting through Braemore was excellent. Rachel was really helpful during the tenancy, responding very promptly to emails and answering questions. The process of moving out was smooth, I received a compete information pack from the office explaining every step and got my deposit back in full within a week of the moving date. Other staff were also helpful and polite whenever I called the office. I would definitely recommend Braemore for renting, I found them to be a very reliable and professional company.

Rachel has done a great job chasing up a water leak which was coming from the flat above. Rachel was very proactive here and kept pushing till the leak was sourced and repaired (in this case was really a nightmare). Very importantly she kept me upto date throughout.
