Fees do seem high when compared to alternatives available these days. However the team delivered what I asked them to do which is the main thing.

Francesca looked after our house sale & throughout the process she was very professional, keeping us informed throughout the process, she was always available & worked very hard to achieve our sale for us.
Callum was our first contact with Barton Kendall, who came to see us very well prepared at our initial meeting. He then contacted us regularly in the days following this in a non intrusive manner leading us to choose Barton Kendall to act for us in the sale.

We recently bought our property from these agents and were extremely happy with the service throughout the process. There were a lot of issues with our chain and in addition to myself being heavily pregnant this was quite a stressful time for me. The agents at Barton Kendal, in particular Francesca and Callum really did help to minimise this stress and made the whole process much easier for me. I also felt that Francesca went above and beyond to ensure that we completed, at times doing the work which should have been done by our solicitors. If we come to selll this property in the future we will certainly use Barton Kendal based on this experience.

We recently bought our house from this agent and they made the whole process much easier for us. There were many issues along the way with our chain and in addition to me being heavily pregnant it was quite a stressful process which was made more stressful by our solicitors and our own agents lack of communication. Francesca in particular but also Callum really helped to make things easier for us and Francesca went above and beyond to get things tied up for us, I think we would still be waiting to complete if it wasn't for her! If we come to sell the house in the future we will use Barton Kendal without hesitation.

The agent was extremely helpful and accommodating and arranged a viewing of the house within 15 minutes of my initial enquiry. I was kept full advised by the agent throughout the purchase and I always received a positive and helpful response to my enquiries. The two people I dealt with were friendly but professional at all times. I have purchased a number of houses and this purchase was the least stressful one that I have experienced, thanks to the help and support of the agent.
