I was greatly surprised by the kindness of a particular agent from Southside- Anna Pajak. Being a university student I got an impression that I was not very welcome in the agency as most probably my group was one of a thousand groups applying to rent a flat in Edinburgh. The situation changed when Anna picked up the phone in the agency. She signed us up for viewings we wanted to go to and made us feel very welcome. She explained the application procedures and was happy to receive our application. To me, she is an outstanding agent in Southside Agency.
