5 Stars - Really positive experience at Paul Graham Wallington. They were always very quick and communicated well. We purchased a leasehold flat and we needed to get it through in a short amount of time and they assisted to get this moved along quickly. I would recommend.

Was looking to buy a flat and came across Paul Graham. (First time buyer with no clue on where to start) From the start I had a massive amount of help and could not be happier. Jacqui was an absolute Godsend and didn't complain once when I was pestering her for information about lease extensions etc, even on her holidays, bless her! Thank you all so much for your help. Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you are a first time buyer with no experience.

Lisa and her team made the stressful experience of selling our house as easy as they could.
Starting with great presentation of the property details (Lisa) then contacting appropriate potential purchasers (Tanya) and overseeing the viewing (Greg) resulted in a full price offer the day after our house was put on the market.
Jacqui was able to use her international liaison skills to continue to move the sale forward to exchange of contracts and subsequent completion really quickly.
