We let our granny annexe during lockdown, Pav was very helpful in explaining process, recommendations about redecoration (or not) and furnished (or not). And estimated how much rent we should charge.
The whole process was very quick, and he found a tenant within a day of marketing the property. The reference checking and admin took longer than finding a suitable tenant. Very efficient.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that we had no written info, and sometimes had to chase to find out what was happening re inventory or payment of rent. (We ware new landlords and didn’t always know whose responsibility some things were). However when there was any news, we did have phone call. Gas, electricity safety inspections and EPC were organised by Northwood.
Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend.

I have no hesitation in recommending Northwood, Maidenhead, if you are considering the services of a letting agent for your property in this area. My wife and I have recently used them for this purpose and found all of the staff that we have dealt with to be both professional and friendly. My family has used Northwood's Gaurantee Rental Service before and because it is so easy to manage your rental property via this service I chose to also use it. It helps when you have excellent communication and service from the branch also and Pav from the Maidenhead branch made the set ... Read Full Review

My family has used Northwood's Gaurantee Rental Service before and because it is so easy to manage your rental property via this service I chose to also use it. It helps when you have excellent communication and service from the branch also and Pav from the Maidenhead branch made the set and maintenance of this property so easy for me. Few months on, I am still delighted that I have gone with this service from Northwood and Pav is managing my property fro me.

I've been renting flats and houses in Maidenhead area for 13 years and after some really bad experiences I finally found Northwood. This is definitely the best, most reliable and honest agency I've ever dealt with. Additionally, the emails and calls response rate is amazing, all problems are resolved on time and each case is kept open until tenant is fully satisfied. There were no hidden fees or problems with our flat and we felt that the whole team (Katie, Pav and Lingam) treated us tenants the same way they treat the landlord. I feel that other agencies don't do that. Please keep up the good work

Pav, Lingam and Katie at Northwood Maidenhead branch were great. They found superb tenants for a property where another estate agent failed to deliver. I was very impressed with the superb communication from the Northwood team. When things were slow, they called me and updated me...and when things were great they did the same. The professional approach by the company was a breath of fresh air. Even though this brand is still developing and perhaps not the first name that comes to mind when looking for a letting agent, I would definitely recommend Northwood Maidenhead for their hard work, energy invested, support, follow through and great success.
