About Caroline

Ezytrac Property Management became my place of work in April 2017 and I was employed to head up the Progression Team for the company.
We have a large number of overseas clients who invest in off-plan property purchased through our team in London. I look after them from the point of Reservation through to Exchang
e which involves liaising with the solicitors, clients and brokers where necessary to ensure that this is completed as smoothly and effortlessly as possible. This care then continues through until the Completion which may be as much as a couple of years or more away but always keeping the clients updated throughout the whole purchase.
I am passionate about my job and believe that I offer the highest level of customer service whilst being friendly, approachable but always professional
I am an avid collector of coloured gemstones and have over 130 in my collection which will no doubt increase very soon!

This was my first experience buying an off-plan property and that too as an expat. Throw a spanner in the works and change the timescales,
no worries as Caroline Bevis springs into action, going the extra mile with her competent team.
Do not be surprised to discover your concerns addressed and viable solutions emailed as early as 0730h.
An early bird, she gets a lot done before the office hours commence and the phones open.

II have just completed on my purchase and very pleased with the result. It was the off plan deal so required time and effort also as with any property the purchase process is never smooth or easy. You need to find the right mortgage deal, and deal with the application, find the right solicitor and work through the process, deal with the developer, deal with urgencies and unexpected things will happen... you name it. Caroline and Ezytrac team were incredibly helpful through the process. Always professional, always responsive, always stayed on top of actions, chased everyone and when needed applied pressure so things are moving as they should and we could complete on time. I'm very grateful to have worked with such a strong team
