Avoid at all costs. They will help landlords to rent out dangerously unsafe properties and will always keep your deposit regardless of whether you have done anything wrong and will dismiss any written proof. One of the lowest fees when I signed my contract in 2016. No unnecessary renewal fees after the initial period of the tenancy.
