Adam impressed me with the manner in which he handles our requests and maintenance with the house. There are always going to be communication issues between landlord and tenant when going through a third party but Adam manages to keep on top. considering the problems I have had with the property the agents fees are acceptable but not the tenancy renewal fees which I found excessive but to be fair that was before Adam joined the team.
