Having just exchanged contracts on our new home in Leeds we could not be happier with the honest, direct and efficient handling of every step of the process by Alexa and Laura. From initial enquiry with Helen, to viewing with Laura, to negotiating price and extras through Alexa, we have had consistently informed, prompt responses to all our queries. The service provided feels very personal and seamless between one colleague and another; this is very reassuring for people such as ourselves who are buying out of area. Alexa, Laura and Helen provided an amazing service. We had been looking for some time. They would always call to inform us of new properties coming on the market and even got us in to see a number of properties before they were formally on the market. Alexa, Laura and Helen provided an amazing service. We had been looking for some time. They would always call to inform us of new properties coming on the market and even got us in to see a number of properties before they were formally on the market.
Great customer service and absolutely lovely people. We were sad to say goodbye when we competed on our property.
If we were to ever sell our house we would know where to go and would be confident that they'd represent us well.
