I purchased a property (in late 2020) that was sold by Central Estate Agents in Walthamstow. I was incredibly impressed with every dealing with Central Estates. Upon inspection, the sales agent was very well briefed on the details of the property and the vendor's situation. She was able to convey her knowledge clearly and promptly as well. I was then very happy with the negotiation process, and found dealing with Shah Islam to be straightforward and efficient. The after sale process was excellent too - Katie Murray and Dean McGowan were both really attentive and very quick with communication. Overall, I would highly recommend the team.

Richard and Shah were absolutely brilliant. I came across both of them a few years ago trying to buy a property which fell through due to the vendors not actually wanting to sell. Richard supported me through the whole process although it was not meant to be.
A couple of years later after I had bought somewhere and wanted to move out of London for family reasons, I contacted Richard for a valuation - he was by far the best on the market. Common misconception that all expect estate agents to be snakes, not Richard!!! He reviewed and appreciated all the aspects of the building, and priced it perfectly. He was so proactive, valued the work I had done and actually sold my house before it had been listed! It was an absolute pleasure working with Richard both as a buyer and a seller - not many have been on both sides, but he is the one that gives estate agents a very GOOD name!

We selected Central over two other agents, including one with lower fees, because we were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of the area and our experience of dealing with them as buyers. We weren't disappointed.
Defying the stereotype of estate agents, they seemed to understand and care about our needs and had a pleasant and direct approach that made them very easy to deal. Rich, in particular, was excellent at advising us about making and accepting offers. Shah pulled off the incredible feat of securing us two new offers within a week of the previous offer falling through, saving our purchase and leading to a higher sale price than we'd originally agreed or even expected. They also helped us purchase just the new home we were looking for and were honest about the attractions and shortcomings of the properties on their books.
I'd also like to recognise the hard work of the sales progression team, Katie and Dean, who worked relentlessly to overcome some challenging and at times very frustrating obstacles.
We are very happy in our new home and it's thanks in no small part to the Central team.
