I've had my property let through C James for 18 years. In all that time it has only been vacant for no more than a few days. Phil Burgess has also been a consistent efficient point of contact and source of advice during all that time. I doubt that any letting agent gets everything right but ... Read Full Review
The management fee always seems high for what work is generally required but I have no idea how much is pre-handled and I am paying for the service being constantly available. In any event, living hundreds of miles away I have very little choice and the fee is tax deductible and offset against the high occupancy.
