Agents fees were fair, not the cheapest, not the dearest but completely spot on, for the level of service, attention to detail AND the results. I've used cheaper online agents before, but you get what you pay for and i know, it was sold better, quicker and more effectively by them than it would of been elsewhere so their fee was earned in the sale price achieved

I had a very easy run with Beresfords, selling my flat in Great Baddow, Chelmsford.
The initial point of contact was easy and quick, Joe Waller, came round described the entire process effectively, explained how the marketing and valuing would work - Took great photos that day and went back and got the adverts live that afternoon.
Over the course of the next two weeks, I had viewings booked in via Helene, Alex, Shuan and Joe, they were always good on the phone, turned up on time, polite and didn't impose. I moved out before a buyer was found BUT viewings consistent went ahead and a buyer was found very quickly.
I was then appointed a sales handler Jane, between her, the other agents who I'd spoken with so far, the whole process went along nicely, and even the speed bumps in conveyancing, they did plenty to keep me and the other side contented and happy with progress, simply really, by painting the communication.
Cant really fault any part of the process, well looked after and would use again.
